Frequently asked.

How long does delivery take?: Orders are dispatched within one working day. Peninsular Malaysia typically arrives in 2–3 working days; Sabah and Sarawak in 3–5.
How much is shipping?: Standard delivery is RM8.00 nationwide. Orders above RM150 ship with our compliments, applied automatically at checkout.
Are the fragrances suitable for humid weather?: Every composition is worn-tested in Malaysian humidity for six weeks before release. Woody and amber families project best in the evening; citrus and fresh families are built for daytime heat.
Can I exchange a fragrance?: Unopened bottles can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will arrange the pickup.
Do you offer samples?: A 3-piece discovery set is planned for the next release. Join the newsletter and you will hear about it first.
