Atelier Noir is a small fragrance house working out of Kuala Lumpur. We create scents designed to sit close to memory — refined, expressive and made for everyday rituals.
Our Approach
Eighteen fragrances. No filler.
Most houses release dozens of variations of the same idea. We release a composition only when it does something the rest of the collection cannot. That discipline keeps the range small, and it keeps every bottle worth owning.
Our packaging is deliberately quiet — heavy glass, a brushed collar, no decoration that outlives the scent inside. What you are paying for is the formulation.
Composition
Each fragrance begins as a brief — a mood, a memory, a time of day. We work with a small number of perfumers and refuse anything that smells like a trend.
Concentration
Every bottle is filled at eau de parfum strength, between 15% and 22% oil. It costs more to make, and it is the reason our scents last through a working day.
Climate Testing
Nothing is released until it has been worn in Malaysian heat and humidity for six weeks. A fragrance that only performs in cool air is not finished.
